We are privileged to be able to transform a 2,250 square foot space in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, into a sophisticated modern interior that perfectly matched our client's high expectations. This project was particularly exciting and challenging because our client, who resides in Dubai, had limited time during their visit to Dhaka, and we were committed to delivering results within a tight 65-day timeline.

Client's Vision:

Our client's vision for this project was clear from the outset - they desired a modern interior that exuded sophistication and elegance. To meet this vision, our team took the following steps:

3D Design and Material Consultation:

We began by providing the client with a detailed 3D rendering of the proposed design, allowing them to visualize the final result. Additionally, we offered comprehensive consultancy on the materials to be used to bring the design to life.

Material Selection:

The materials used in this project were chosen meticulously to achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality:

• MDF with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and uPVC were employed for the TV cabinet panel in the living room, combining style and durability.
• The TV cabinet interiors featured High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and Melamine Particle Plain Board to ensure longevity.
• HPL and uPVC with Mirror were employed for wall cladding, adding an elegant touch to the living space.
• The ceilings were finished with Partex plain board and Berger plastic paint, creating a clean and contemporary look.
• Thoughtfully placed decorative Belgium Crystal Mirror Glass added a touch of luxury and reflection to the design.
• The dining area and basin cabinets incorporated High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and Melamine Particle Plain Board, ensuring consistency in design throughout the home.
• For the kitchen cabinets, we used Gorgon Ply HPL for the front, with a sleek White Color, while the interior employed MDF/Ply and Burma Teak/Gorjon.

Lighting Solutions:

We carefully curated the lighting to complement the design, incorporating strip and spot lights of various purposes and shades throughout the entire space, adding an extra layer of charm and functionality.
